Ana gave no credit for Anna...: In the current FHM-issue (german September 08-issue) Ana Ivanovic is on the cover and there's also an Interview - the following Q&A is remarkable:FHM: But Anna wasn't good, wasn't she? (german: ...war eine Niete)
AI: "Anna Kournikova was talented but she came from a totally different time. She never won a title, had some injuries and stopped playing Tennis at a very young age, to do modelling. I would never do that. My priority is Tennis."
PERSONAL COMMENT: Anna coming from a "totally different time"...she's just 27 years old and although she stopped playing a bit more than 5 years ago, I think that's wrong. It sounds as if Anna would already be 40 years old! Plus: Anna is a two time Grand Slam Doubles Champion! Even current Top Players tend to forget that :-(

ASK ANNA: cartoons, long sleeve shirts: Anna asked 4 more fan questions submitted from July 25 - 31. "JasonB" posted a picture of him posing with Anna from the WTT-event vs New York Buzz this year. Anna thinks that the picture is "cute". Her "favorite cartoons are Bugs Bunny and Tom and Jerry" and "LlewellynOfGoleta" asked an interesting question: Does Anna feel more comfortable wearing long sleeve tennis shirts? Anna states that she normally wears this kind of shirts "because sometimes it's a bit chilly or other times I'm trying to protect myself from the sun and not get tan lines! Dec 13-exhibition confirmed: Anna's participation in a tennis exhibition in Chicago on December 13th has been confirmed by Pro Link Planet Sports And Entertainment Company. Other well-known players scheduled to appear: Taylor Dent, Robbie Ginepri, and Martyina Navratilova. Location of the event: UIC Pavilion arena at the University Of Chicago (the "Flames") campus.

PERSONAL COMMENT: Honestly, in my opinion it's really really hard to kind of compare this kind of shootings-pictures with the "real and natural" Anna - the Anna I've just seen a few weeks ago in Stuttgart (Germany)!
I would love to see some kind of Photoshoot without any makeup at all - and no tattoo-removing-post-production...! Anna has a back tattoo - it was her choice a few years ago - and that's okay! Why still hiding this?

Maxim 08: Anna about lesbianism: During her Photoshoot for Maxim Magazine, Anna also talked about lesbianism on the WTA Tour: "It was very open. Obviously, there are lesbian players and it's no secret. It's a personal choice about how you are going to live your life and that's it. As long as somebody doesn't push their views on you? new Events: Triathlon and exhibition: That's great! Anna added 2 more events in her "Upcoming Events"-section :-) First off, she's obviously going to participate in her 2nd Triathlon - this time the Nautica Malibu Triathlon on September 14th. Secondly, Anna takes part in another Tennis exhibition in Dallas on October 25th. Nautica Malibu TriathlonPERSONAL COMMENT: That's really great. Still the WTT Smash Hits event is missing in the "Upcoming Events"-section but I'm quite sure that Anna will be there as well
